AI apps and internal tools
AI that does real work in your business: assistants, agents and internal tools that automate the repetitive parts and connect to the systems you already use.
Most teams don’t need a chatbot on their homepage. They need the quote that writes itself, the report that compiles overnight, the tool that answers questions from their own documents. I build those, from a working prototype to something your team relies on every day.
What I do
AI assistants on your data
Tools that read your documents, catalog or codebase and answer, draft or summarize with your context, not generic text.
Agents and automation
Multi-step workflows with n8n, model APIs and agents that take care of the repetitive work and hand off to a person when it matters.
Internal tools
Dashboards, back-office apps and admin tools built around how your team actually works.
From prototype to production
A proof of concept you can try fast, then the version that is reliable, secure and affordable to run.
Local and private when needed
Local models when your data shouldn’t leave your machines.
How it works
Find the task
We pick the work worth automating and how we’ll know it works.
Prototype
A working version in days, on your real data.
Production
Reliability, costs, security and the integrations with your systems.
Handoff
Documentation, training, and improvements as you use it.

Product — in the makingCadenceCadence is the desktop app where every AI agent I use works in one room and shares one brain. It remembers every decision, keeps local models thinking in the background, answers when I talk to it, and holds back any change until it is proven. It plans, designs, builds, debugs and presents. It started life as Symphonee.
Product — liveTooolboxTooolbox is my hand-picked directory of 662+ tools for web design and development, with three ways to browse them, an AI that drafts every new entry, and the blog where I think out loud. It runs on Next.js and Sanity and installs like an app.
Questions
What does an AI project cost to run?
It depends on volume, and it’s something I design for. In one project I replaced about 50 paid API calls per photo with a single request to a self-hosted model, which changes the economics completely.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your accounts. When it can’t leave your machines, I use local models; otherwise I use providers with clear data agreements, and only send what the task needs.
Can it connect to our existing systems?
Yes: CRMs, ERPs, databases, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams and most tools with an API.
