Challenge — turnkey delivery
10 sites in 10 days
Ten complete websites, shipped in ten days. I built an AI-assisted delivery pipeline that turns a client brief into a production site with a CMS: a real design, full content, Sanity and Next.js best practices, every time. Every site is live.

The brief in, a website out
Each site starts from a short brief: the business, its audience, its voice. From there the pipeline studies the trade, proposes a design direction, builds the pages as reusable sections, writes and loads the content, and deploys, with me reviewing every step.
It runs inside Cadence, the desktop app where my AI agents share one memory, so every site benefits from what the previous one taught it.

Designed, not templated
Ten sites, ten looks. Each one gets its own typography, layout and motion chosen for the trade, from a software product to a coffee roaster, a photographer, a restaurant and a fashion magazine. Nothing is copied from one site to the next.

A CMS the client actually runs
Every site ships with Sanity: pages built from sections the client can reorder, edit and translate, so the site keeps working long after launch, without a developer for every change.

Why it matters for your project
Speed isn’t the point on its own. The same pipeline is what makes a turnkey project fast and consistent: standardized code, best practices by default, and more of the budget spent on what makes your site yours.
